If I wanted to point someone to Steve Roach's music, I'd start them here. This record spans some of Roach's signature styles, like the percolating synths in "Currents of Compassion", the dreamy abstraction of "Prometheus Passage", the tribal rhythms of "The Gone Place", and the elegiac majesty of "What Remains". It's stunning all around and guaranteed to make any day better. fyeahmetal

This album is absolutely wonderful. I'm a huge fan of longer form compositions, especially when they evolve in subtle and clever ways, and this piece does exactly that. Excellent use of field recordings compliments the music perfectly, adding atmosphere and depth. It's been on repeat in my household for days. Very highly recommended. paulmallatratt

Wow, first time I’ve heard Chris and I am blown away. Have it on loud at work and it’s helping clear my head already. I love this style of sound and look forward to the next one. Thank you Chris graham muttram
